Having trained trainers and facilitators for well over twenty years, I have a deeply embedded theoretical knowledge which has been applied in a variety of contexts. I also know how to get real, sustainable results for organisations and for learners.

My book,  “The Essential Guide for Training Success: Shifting Paradigms in Organisational Learning,” covers the end to end process for organisational training from needs analysis to evaluation  and everything in between.

I love people and understanding what matters to them and how they tick.  Having trained on four continents and across dozens of industries I have had the opportunity to learn about manay differnt people, cultures and their differing needs.
